My Approach
I’ve seen the difference it makes when people finally feel understood.
For many Black couples and men, therapy hasn’t always felt accessible or relatable.
I created this space to change that—to make therapy feel human, warm, and real.
Meet Raphaël Côté, MSW, RSW
I’m a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist.
My practice is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based care—helping couples and individuals heal, grow, and reconnect.
Why I do this work.
✔️ Gottman Method Level 2 for couples.
✔️ CBT, solution-focused, and attachment-based for individuals.
✔️ Trauma-informed and culturally attuned care for all.
Together, we’ll build understanding, connection, and peace.
